Born and bred in the Waikato, Damian joined Paterson Burn in 2002 as a partner and optometrist. With years of experience under his belt, he’s more than just an expert in eye care—he’s a mentor, a leader, and a hands-on presence in everything clinical. As Clinical Director, Damian’s passion for eye health shines through in everything he does, constantly driving the team to deliver exceptional care and helping the community see their best.
Damian joined Paterson Burn in 2002 as a partner and Optometrist. With extensive experience in eye care, he takes an active role in overseeing clinical practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring the highest standards of customer care. As Clinical Director, Damian combines leadership with his passion for advancing eye health.
